Monica Buitureria has been living with stage four cancer since April 6, 2006. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006 and since it has spread to her lungs and bones. “I will continue to receive chemotherapy if it means I’m surviving,” said Buitureria.

Marivett Bravo was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer at the age of 37. “I knew I would get cancer just didn't know it would be in my thirties,” said Bravo. She has since been since combating the cancer in her breast and in her bones with chemotherapy.  Bravo has been working for Hospice since 1991 and is currently working for Bee Caring Hospice. “I never grasped how much pain they were in until it was me,” said Bravo.
